We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79.00; orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $9.95. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.95. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Victoria. Standard Shipping orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, and Express Shipping orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

Standard Shipping Times

VIC 1-3 business days
NSW, ACT, SA & QLD 2-6 business days
Regional Areas (east coast) 3-10 business days
WA, NT, TAS 3-10 business days*

Express Shipping Times

VIC 1-2 business days
NSW, ACT, SA & QLD 1-3 business days
Regional Areas (east coast) 1-3 business days
WA, NT, TAS 2-5 business days*

*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

 

All orders are sent as 'Authority to Leave' by Australia Post. If you aren't home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place if there is one available. Shoe Warehouse does not take responsibility for instances of theft.
