We're excited to offer Click & Collect across our Australian stores. Simply place your online order with Shoe Warehouse, and it will be ready to collect from your chosen store within 24 hours. Please note that Click & Collect may be unavailable at certain times of the year, including peak sale periods.


How to Place Your Click & Collect Order


Set Your Store
1. Set your preferred store location in the top bar, searching by postcode or geolocation.

Shop Online
2. On each product you view, you'll be alerted with the stock availability for the store you've chosen.

If the style you want isn't in stock in your selected store, you can view other stores nearby and change your set location.

Checkout
3. Once you're ready to checkout, select 'Click & Collect' when placing your order.

Collect
4. Once you're order is ready for collection, you'll receive a confirmation email from us.


Click & Collect FAQs


  1. Is there a minimum spend for Click & Collect?
    No, we have no minimum spend or order quantity for Click & Collect.

  2. Is there any cost to use Click & Collect?
    No, our Click & Collect service is free. However, should one or more of your items not be available in store, we can ship the entire order to you and our normal shipping rates will apply.

  3. What happens if some of the styles I want aren't in stock?
    If you're placing an order for multiple products that aren't all available in your selected Click & Collect store, you can opt for delivery for your full order instead. Our normal shipping rates will apply.
    Alternatively, you can select a different nearby store that has all your items in stock.

  4. Where is Click & Collect Available?
    We offer Click & Collect across all our Australian stores.

  5. Is Click & Collect available during lockdown?
    We may not be able to offer Click & Collect during COVID lockdowns. Please check the latest information in your state for these updates.

  6. When will my order be ready to collect?
    When your order is ready for collection, you'll receive an email from us confirming this. Please wait to receive this email before collecting your order.
    Please note orders placed outside of our store opening hours will be completed the following day.

  7. What are the opening hours for the store I've selected?
    You can view all our store hours and address details here.

  8. Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
    Yes, they will just need to show us a copy of the order confirmation email along with a form of ID for our records.

  9. How long will my order be held in store?
    Your order will be held for a maximum of 14 days in your chosen store. After this time, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or a refund.

  10. Can I try on my order in store?
    Yes! You are welcome to try on your new purchase in our store, where our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with any questions.

  11. Can I return or exchange my order?
    You are welcome to return your order for a full refund by following the instructions listed here.
    You can also exchange your order in a Shoe Warehouse store, however we are unable to process exchanges via post.
