Find the perfect products online. Click “In Store Availability” to see if your products are available at your selected location.
Call the store to speak to a Team Member. Staffed hours are 11am - 3pm, Monday - Friday. During staffed hours, the team will confirm product availability and complete the transaction over the phone. Together you will determine an appropriate collection time and spot.
Give the store a call upon arrival to the agreed collection location. We will head to the collection spot to hand over your order. Please bring a piece of ID to verify your transaction.
Call + Collect orders can be placed via calling the appropriate store between 11am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.
This may happen from time to time as we are working off live inventory numbers. The store team will be able to identify this when you phone them to place the order and will try and provide a solution.
Standard collection hours are 11am – 3pm Monday to Friday. The actual collection time will be agreed at order placement.
Upon arrival at the collection location, please call the store’s phone number where all other details can be confirmed.
Collection will be governed by centre circumstances and may be at our store shopfront (if agreed). As much as we would love you to come inside and offer more assistance, due to government restrictions, we are not permitted to allow you to enter the store when collecting your order.
Once you pay for your purchase over the phone, a receipt will be emailed to your email address provided.
Returns cannot be processed through our Call + Collect Service. Purchases made through our Call + Collect service are unable to be returned through our online store. Any returns can only be actioned once the store is open to the public as per Government regulations.
